If you already have accurate 2D plans of your site or facility we can provide a CAD to BIM modelling conversion service. Although we prefer to re-survey a site ourselves, if you do have up to date plans then conversion process is straight forward. We can take your existing 2d floor plans, elevations sections as CAD or even .pdf files and build them up to a 3D model.
We offere competitive daily rates for CAD to Revit modelling. All our models are built using the correct elements (not dumb masses). Complex shapes are modelled as inplace families creating a fully parametric model.
